Meet Mike Stover

Welcome to my premier real estate website, serving  Ellijay, Blue Ridge and the North Georgia Mountains.    

I started my career in real estate in 2004 after twelve years of working in the hotel industry as a contractor for luxury hotels such as The Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons. I am a native Georgian and was raised in Cobb County with extensive family roots in Gilmer County, going all the way back to the 1840’s.

I moved to Ellijay in 1997 to get away from the congestion of Atlanta and to be closer to family.  During my first year in real estate I was a member of a 2004 Top Producing Team in North Georgia.  I was inducted into the Million Dollar Award club in 2006 and went on to earn my Associate Broker degree in 2008.  I continue to develop my skills in the industry and have earned the prestigious Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation as well as becoming a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). 

I joined Coldwell Banker High Country as an Associate Broker in 2008 and I am dedicated to the company philosophy of customer service and team work.  I currently work with several local lenders as well as Fannie Mae, listing and marketing their foreclosed properties in the Ellijay and Blue Ridge markets.
